L’année 2012 a été marquante au Québec. Elle s’écoule dans ce roman à travers les Leduc : Philippe, Benoît, Jean et Marie, quatre frères et sœur. History moves slowly and everyone describes their own trajectory within it: gazing out from his office tower, Philippe witnesses the awakening of a new generation; Benoît, an atheist who by walking the Camino de Santiago, is trying to get over a love affair; Jean, a bitter old man whose days are numbered, broods on his past failures; and Marie launches herself into one final tumultuous adventure.
